Our GetAway Gala last Thursday was a great success! We cannot say “THANK YOU” enough to all of those who joined us. Also, a special, grateful thank you to our sponsors, those who helped behind the scenes, and those who donated silent auction items and to those who prayed! We raised over $40,000 last week and that puts us well on our way to cover the cost of the Vietnam GetAway in September. Rooms are filling up with missionaries and our team is coming together. We are ready to serve these folks in the field.

Island Cottage Oceanfront Inn
The Island Cottage Oceanfront Inn opened in 2001 and is an Island themed Inn that focuses on rest, prayer and restoration for those in ministry. The Inn has 8 guest rooms/suites – each with an Island theme named after a Caribbean island. There is a courtyard with an outdoor solar heated pool, café, a gift shop and a private dune walkover.
“We believe it is imperative that full-time ministers and missionaries need time away to rejuvenate and be refreshed. 12 years of pastoral ministry, and several years of traveling ministry caused us to experience that need first-hand,” said the Seiblers. “Now we are able to share this special place and pray for others who need their strength renewed.
Is 40:31 “They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.”
This is a perfect venue for marriage retreats, romantic getaways, or small group events such as weddings, vow renewals and family reunions. Most rooms have fireplaces and kitchenettes/kitchen. Some also have jacuzzi tubs. There is a private, gated dune walkover to an uncrowded, cinnamon-sand beach. No children under age 16, so perfect for a quiet respite from a busy life.
Flagler Beach is known for it’s natural, unspoiled, 19 miles of cinnamon colored beach and is a 30 minute drive to St. Augustine (to the north) and Daytona (to the south). It is a low-key, laid-back, quaint, “old Florida” beach town with no chain restaurants or hotels.
This “hidden gem” is known for its great food, cleanliness and gracious hospitality with attention to detail. The ocean views are breathtaking.
Bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas are free to use. Add-ons include picnic basket for two, champagne, romance and roses, gourmet breakfast and special meals. Coming soon: in-room massages.
