Our little farmette is located in the rolling hills of central Pa, 25 miles from Penn State Univ. We offer a peaceful setting with a quaint unpretenious 3rd floor apt. This apt. is best suited for 2 people but 4 can share room using the futon. This is a part of our home and available primarily for PSU football weekends, graduation and festivals. Longer stays and special events/dates will also be considered and welcomed upon request at a discounted rate. We have free WiFi but no TV or phone. NOT PERMITTED: Pets, smoking, drunkenness, drugs, or parties.LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Penns State Univ., BJC, Penns and Woodward Cave, Woodward Gym Camp, Penns Creek (fly fishing), rails to trails, Amish shops, Elk Creek Cafe and Brewery. Private rear entrance, 18 steps to a small deck. An A framed ceiling with peak height of 6'8". Limited head space. Kitchen 11'x10' and bedroom/living area 16'x12' are seperated by bathroom. Bathroom has a tub with a sit down shower. All rooms are fully furnished. KITCHEN: has a toaster oven, microwave, propane stove top, frig/freezer, coffee maker, table, 4 chairs, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and dishclothes. BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM COMBO: king mattress and springs, (or 2 singles), new futon, recliner, dresser, closet, CD/DVD/VHF player and stand, AC, hair dryer, linens, towels and wash clothes.COST & PAYMENT POLICY: $150/night. TO CONFIRM RESERVATION: $100 security deposit plus 50% of full rental fee, with signed rental agreement immediately after booking. (Paid by personal or travelers check). FINAL PAYMENT: balance of rental fee due at least 1 week prior to check-in, (by personal or travelers check), or cash at check-in. Additional Cleaning Fees will be charged if unit is left in poor condition. CANCELLATION POLICY: refund in full with 30 days notice, non refundable if less than 30 days. 2 night minimum stay.
