We are located on the edge of the Village of Whitney Point, close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops, but far enough to have peace and quiet. The Broome County Fairgrounds and Dorchester Park are within a few miles of our property. We are also a short drive from Greek Peak Ski Resort, Binghamton, NY ,and Cortland, NY.

We are also a short drive from Greek Peak Ski Resort, Binghamton, NY ,and Cortland, NY.The Sunflower Den is our overnight guest suite that includes a bedroom with a King size bed, private dining area, desk, bathroom with shower, and a living area. The futon in the living area folds down into a queen bed and there is also a pullout twin bed. The Sunflower Den can accommodate up to 5 people. Our common areas that are available for your use include our Seymour Room, kitchen and dining rooms.
