We are located about 70 minutes south east of Cincinnati, OH and about 75 minutes north east of Lexington, KY nestled in the beautiful foot hills of the Appalachian Mountains over 100 acres of hilly farm land. You will enjoy the lovely, peaceful views of he hills smoking in the early morning, the cows and hourses grazing on the hillside. In 20 minutes you could be in Augusta a must see quaint little Historical town on the Ohio River where you can enjoy a tour by Temperance with her horse drawn Carriage rides and festivals that fill the summer weekends. Or just a little over a hour away you may want to enjoy a day or more at the Daniel Boon National Forest where you will discover the awe and wonder of some of Gods most awesome and breath taking handiwork, sighs that God designed for our enjoyment that you will find at the Natural Bridge, Indian Stair case or just a day of hiking you could fill a day or more just by visiting the Daniel Boon National Forest ( Red River Gorge.) Maybe just hang out at the farmand enjoy an afternoon in the swimming pool.

We offer a large upstairs apt we call the Carriage House that sleeps 5 it is complete with a shower, washer & dryer, all linens, small kitchen, microwave, small refrigerator, dishes, toaster, coffee pot and a hot plate. A queen size bed, a pull out twin sofa bed, a full size crib and a twin mattress, we are family friendly so if the need for more sleeping space is required we offer for an additional fee of $75 a full bed and a set of bunk beds just down stairs in what we call the Bunk House. The Carriage House and Bunk house are unattached to our main house. You will enjoy your own private entrance to both the Carriage House and Bunk house. One night stay is $125 two or more nights $100.
