All rooms have separate entrances, private bathrooms, and fire places. We also have a handicapped accessable room. Each room has queen size beds, refrigerators, microwaves, TV's with VCR, coffeemakers, and the use of outdoor grills and a fire pit for those who wish to cook out. We also have (2) cottages with kitchenettes and separate setting rooms. They include the items above - one with a jacuzzi tub. Coffee, Spiced Country Creme, Spiced Cider, and Hot Chocolate available in each room. A full country breakfast is served daily.

We are located at 4549 Lightning Ridge Road. This is Highway 608 coming North out of Fancy Gap. If you're on the Blue Ridge Parkway we're just 4.2 miles North of Fancy Gap at Mile Post 195. You can see us on the left at the top of the hill heading North. If you are coming down (South) on the Parkway, we are located just one mile past Orchard Gap. Turn right on the first road past Mile Post 194.
